Sleep patterns also affect your vision, as a healthy sleep helps repair dead cells in your body, boosts blood flow, and maintains hormonal balance. When a Hormonal imbalance occurs, it disrupts the sleeping pattern, resulting in unhealthy vision and sudden light flashes or streaks, which can also be caused by irregular blood flow.
