Yoga Asana For Back Pain

 

Welcome guys to my Blog. As you know the problem of back pain, slipped discs and mental stress are arising daily. Here  I am going to explain some asanas that will help you eliminate any health issues you are facing.


Well, guys, there are a few asanas or poses.


1. Paschimottasana( Back Stretching Pose)


In this asana, Sit with the leg stretched out. Now, raise your arms while inhaling keeping your spine straight, and then exhale while bending forward. Keep the head between the shoulders so that the 

the spinal column is stretched.

Clasp the big toes with the hands and bring the head down to rest on the knees.

In this position, hold your breath or breathe normally. 

 While releasing the position inhale and raise the arms above the head and exhale while bringing down the hands.


Benefits:


1. The back, shoulder, arm, and all the muscles are stretched, which helps them, thereby helping blood circulation.

2. Helpful for Diabetes.

3. It will be helpful in releasing back pain and correcting digestive disorders.

4. Constipation.

5. It strengthens your nervous system as it improves blood circulation.

6. Removes excess Fat deposited in the abdomen and certain body parts.

7. Helps in Releasing tension and stress by regulating adrenal glands.


2.Koormasana(Turtle Pose)

 

Method:


The first way, sit in vajrasana and then repeat the process of inhaling and exhaling. Straightening the spine.

then do mandookasana as explained in the video. 


The second way is, Sit in vajrasana, Place the feet in such a way that the heels press the anus and the toes point outwards.

The body must be well-balanced such that the whole weight will

be on the heels.

If this strains your feet and can be kept further apart.


Benefits:


1. This asana stimulates the vajra nadi thereby helping in digestion.

2. People suffering from lack of energy and urinary problems.

3. Helps in strengthening the kidneys, liver, and spleen, straightening the spine.

4. Helpful in directing the blood flow to the spine thereby strengthening the back muscles and spinal cord.

5. Helpful in correcting the posture, neck, and head.

6. It channelizes the vital energy all over the body.
