How To Rewire Your Brain

Our Brain is a complex structure of neurological pathways and it is essential to understand how it works if you want to rewire it. First, we need to understand that the brain and mind are two different things because most people mistakenly interpret the mind as the brain or the brain as the mind, but that's not true. The mind is something that we cannot see and the brain is a physical structure therefore, the mind is something that works through your brain.

1. Mindfulness

So, We first need to work on the thought patterns the mind creates. For this, we need to understand how and what types of thoughts come to our mind often. Based on recent research it has been found that most of the time our mind might be thinking of something that happened earlier and something that is yet to come which is a complete waste pattern of thoughts. The Focus must be on the present moment so that our mind can function properly and the brain won't feel lethargic.

To change the negative and the waste thought patterns follow some simple steps:

1. Find a quiet place to affirm positive thoughts in your mind and address every issue that your mind brings you forthwith.

2. Tell positive things saying something to yourself that makes you feel good and that will help you to come out of that past negative pattern.

3. Awareness is the key. So diligently practicing it and making it a priority that my emotional health comes first and then other responsibilities this thought pattern will make you feel more powerful to overcome any issue related to your daily tasks.

2. Learning Something New

Learning dance, language, or anything you like can be a sport or creativity. Something that makes your mind engage in trying something new will help it to break the boredom that has become dominant in the neural pathways will start breaking slowly and a new experience will come to it that eventually takes the form of a new pattern of thinking. It affects not only your feelings but your entire body system and in no time you will start feeling fresh and energetic.

3.  Exercise

Trying out any new physical activity like dancing, jogging, running, yogic exercises, or pilates increases the heart rate promotes blood circulation has a good effect on the brain nerves as well. This will make you feel energetic and boost the balance of hormones in your body, which automatically impacts your mind.

4.  Practicing and learning a musical instrument

This really works wonders because your mind tends to create rhythm with the music while playing any musical instrument. This has a really good impact on your thought pattern and therefore mind.

Conclusion:

Rewiring the brain can be very easy if you incorporate these points into your daily routine. If not all, at least one and you will see its impact on your brain functioning.
